Service Agreement

By accessing and using the Rymasof platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Rymasof provides strategic consulting, project structuring, and business development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual statements of work (SOW) signed by both parties.

2. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This survives the termination of any agreement.

  • Non-Disclosure of trade secrets
  • Protection of client methodologies
  • Secure data handling practices

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate SOW, all methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed by Rymasof remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rymasof.

4. Limitation of Liability

Rymasof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
